CC1: Hawk, Color number 26111 (grey.) 2 balls. CC2 a few yards of worsted weight yellow yarn (eyes.) Tension/gauge: Use needles necessary to get gauge. Work 16 sts and 19 rows to measure 4×4” in St st using US 8 or 5 mm needles with MC. Notions: A pair of US 8 (5 mm) circular needles 29” or 36” long A set of US 8 (5 mm) dpns (for making feathers) stitch markers, tapestry needle, crochet hook for fringe.
